Laura May Rider Kennedy, 76 of Warrenton, VA died on January 17, 2010 at the Fauquier Hospital.
She was born on June 6, 1933 in Culpeper County, VA a daughter of the late Robert Lee Rider and Edith Ruth Dodson Rider. She was a homemaker.
She is survived by her son- Robert I. Kennedy, Jr., Louisa, VA; two daughters- Pam Rankin, Wichita, KS and Lynne Frost of the United Kingdom; four brothers- Charles W. Rider, Lawrence A. Rider both of Warrenton, Lester F. Rider of Remington and John R. Rider, Catlett; four sisters- Dorothy R. Waggoner, Louise T. Parsons, and Mary K. Goff all of Warrenton and Ethel R. Weeks, Bealeton; 7 grandchildren and 12 great grandchildren.
The family will receive friends on Wednesday from 6-8 PM at Moser Funeral Home where funeral services will be held on Thursday, Jan. 21 at 2:30 PM by Rev. J. Richard Winter. Interment at Warrenton Cemetery.
