We welcome you to Burns's Riverside Chapel Florence Funeral Home web site. It is our intent to provide insight that will be helpful to the families we serve. We know the emotional and financial burdens can be overwhelming when you lose a loved one. Our goal is to alleviate as much confusion as possible during this time. At Burns's Riverside Chapel we provide honest and comprehensive information regarding your arrangements. You have many choices and, unfortunately, with choices come dollar figures.

We know that we are not the least expensive nor
are we the most expensive. We treat everyone the same and refuse to play games. We will not treat others unfairly.
We provide you with many tools to make informed decisions, which will hopefully take away a lot of the questions when it comes to arrangements.

To serve each and every family with dignity and the utmost respect at their greatest time of need. We are proud to be of service to our community, providing integrity and a solid foundation for all of our families.

The Burns family is proud of their new facility, at 2765 Kingwood Street. The local cemetery Pacific Sunset Cemetery is the only public cemetery and is also owned and operated by Alan and Karen and completes a full service funeral home and crematory for Florence and surrounding areas. As part of their facility they have the only pet crematory on the Oregon Coast also.
